|A visionary luxury estate|
Domaine Royal Palm is well situated 12 km south of the historical centre of Marrakech. A few hours only from the main European hubs, it is a vast 231-hectare estate planted with age-old trees, olives, palms, lemons, oranges, almonds and pomegranates interspersed with lavender bushes. The region, considered the new tourist centre of Marrakech, was specifically chosen to house Mauritian hotel group Beachcomber’s first villa resort in Morocco.
The high-profile real estate development in Marrakech features a first phase of 89 luxury villas nestled in a luxuriant palm and olive grove, an elegant country club (the Royal Palm Golf & Country Club), an 18-hole Par 72 golf course – envisaged as one of the best golf courses in Marrakech –as well as a five-star hotel named Royal Palm Marrakech.
Preservation of nature and low-density habitation
At a time when environmental issues are widely considered worldwide, the Domaine Royal Palm has been created to respect both the cultural heritage of Morocco and its environment.
Collection of rain water, financial contribution to the waste water plant of Marrakech to water the golf course, fabrication of compost on site, bio farming, solar energy, natural heat regulation, social actions and training for locals residing in surrounding douars are some of the many areas which the project has addressed.
Last but not least, the Domaine also guarantees a low-density habitation allowing the vegetation to propagate in optimum conditions.
Private villas in Morocco
Domaine Royal Palm houses some of the most exceptional villas in Marrakech for sale.
Divided into nine categories they are characterized by their sleek contemporary style which promotes discreet luxury and generous spaces in line with the traditional Beachcomber spirit.
Unique in Marrakech, all villas are single-storey and open onto spacious manicured, walled gardens ensuring total privacy. Each villa has a private pool, a gazebo and shaded terraces to enjoy alfresco living. The design is inspired by traditional Berber architecture with sleek lines and cubical shapes taking centre stage. Large openings provide an effortless sense of style and modernity.
All villas are delivered with a choice of finishes. To decorate their villas, owners have a selection of options. They can choose the same style showcased in the sample villas designed by the architects of Studio K&O or select “à la carte” items from a dedicated catalogue. Alternatively, they can also decide to personalize the villa entirely.
To complement these exceptional products, each buyer has automatic access to all facilities of the domain and to a range of exclusive “à la carte” services. When buying one of those private villas in Morocco, the owners are automatically admitted as members of the country club and can enjoy preferential packages for their rounds of golf.
Building on its experience in Mauritius and Seychelles, Beachcomber will also develop and manage this new property in Morocco. This is for potential buyers the guarantee of a stable project.
The group has already set the end of 2013 as the deadline for the opening of the golf, country club, Royal Palm Hotel and luxury villas in Marrakech.
Domaine Royal Palm is the only property in Marrakech where the developer is also the sole shareholder.
