Domaine Royal Palm is an eco-friendly estate: it optimizes consumption of natural resources and uses renewable energies. Terracotta bricks naturally regulate humidity and help reduce heat. Well positioned and thoughtfully designed doors and windows enhance natural light. Honeycomb terracotta walls help reinforce the villas’ privacy.
Based in Paris and Marrakech, the architect agency Studio KO belongs to Karl Fournier and Olivier Marty. Their knowledge of sustainable development and luxury properties proved most valuable. Beachcomber, the leader of the hotel industry in Mauritius, also brought significant expertise to the project.
